I will be participating in a medical relief and education mission with Team Broken Earth Guatemala in November of this year.
The goal of this trip is to provide hip replacements for those in need. Dr Duffy, our team lead, has shared the stories and X-rays of many of these pateints. These are not pateints that would like to walk further or faster but just to get around so they can continue to work and provide for their families.
We are able to provide a hip for $1400. The goal is to do 30 replacements over the course of the week.
