I will be participating as a surgical assist on a volunteer trip with members of Team Broken Earth to Antigua, Guatemala Nov 21- 30, 2025.
As you may know, my sister Kristi Lange (OR nurse at LGH) has been involved with TBE for many years and has organized annual surgical trips for the past 10+ years to both Haiti and Guatemala. This year our team will be performing much needed surgeries in areas of Orthopedics (including joint replacements), General Surgery, and Gynecology for rural Guatemalans who would not otherwise have access to this life-changing care.
