Thirty years of welcoming visitors to our shores to experience the beauty, culture, and community that is found here. It has also been thirty years of maintaining and operating the Trail. In recent years we have seen an increase in Trail usage which, combined with severe weather conditions and the natural aging of our infrastructure, has led to critical wear and tear. And while operating and maintaining the Trail is a labour of love, the problem is our annual trail operating and maintenance program is currently underfunded.
