I'm Riding for My Family - and for the Thousands Affected by Prostate Cancer 

Prostate cancer isn’t just a statistic for me—it’s personal. Both my father and grandfather have been diagnosed and are currently fighting this disease. I’m joining the Ride to Live to raise awareness and funds for the thousands of men and families facing the same battle.

Prostate cancer is the #1 cancer among men and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Every year, roughly 26,000 men in Canada will be diagnosed, and 1 in 8 men will face this disease in their lifetime. Organizations like the Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada (PCFC) provide critical support, resources, and research funding, but they can’t do it alone.

That’s why I ride—not just for my family but for all families affected by prostate cancer. And that’s why I need your help.

WHAT IS THE RIDE?

THE 16th Annual RIDE TO LIVE- 2025 is an annual event hosted by the Prostate Cancer Foundation Canada, a volunteer-based organization that represents prostate cancer patients, their families and communities. Even if you don't ride a motorcycle, you can still step up and volunteer or consider donating. Every donation, big or small, will have a huge impact on men and their families dealing with a prostate cancer diagnosis. Just click "Sponsor Me" to donate.
