From December 1-8, 2024,  Languages Canada will host 24 agents from Thailand and Vietnam on a subsidized tour of Canada. Agents will have the opportunity to engage in a full week of activities, site visits, presentations and pre-arranged B2B meetings with up to 24 quality Canadian institutions -  leading universities, colleges, secondary schools and language schools, to gain first-hand knowledge of the quality education opportunities available for international students.  

Languages Canada has a group booking with Air Canada and the Bangkok-Vancouver-Montreal / Montreal-Toronto / Toronto-Vancouver-Bangkok flights will be offered at a discounted price of CAD 2,190.

Terms and conditions of this group booking

• Combination of other than booked flights (such as domestic flights in Thailand or domestic flights in Canada) are not permitted. If participants would like to include domestic flights within Thailand, please make an individual booking and purchase a ticket by yourself.
• Date change is not allowed.
• For any seat cancellation penalty on/after Aug 21, a $2,190 CAD charge per seat will apply. There are no refunds.

• Campus visits in Montreal and Toronto

• 3 nights at the InterContinental Montreal and 4 nights at the Novotel Toronto Centre
• Transfers from/to Montreal Airport and from Toronto airport to the hotel
• Transfers for campus visits while in Montreal and Toronto. 
• On Monday (December 2), participants will be offered a welcome reception for the entire group 
• On Tuesday (December 3) in Montreal, participants will be offered breakfast, morning coffee break, lunch buffet, afternoon coffee break and evening cocktail reception with food and beverage.
• On Wednesday (December 4) participants will be offered breakfast and morning coffee break

Air Canada flights included: As part of your participation in our event, Languages Canada will issue your tickets directly with Air Canada. Therefore we need to collect $2,190 CAD from you which will then be used to pay Air Canada. You will be placed in the group block as per above itinerary.

Includes: 1 checked bag of 23kg per passenger.

Upon registration, you will be charged a total of $2,190 CAD for the above flights.
