Project Management Fundamentals

This session will break down what makes a presentation effective. You'll learn how to structure your talks, simple techniques to elevate your delivery, and the four pillars of persuasion that can help you advocate for your clients, engage your audience, and present with confidence.

Emotional Intelligence
