• For members: $20 refundable fee if the event is attended. Should OASW member cancel $20 refundable fee will not be available for cancellations 7 days before the event due to food costs.
• $25 for non-members -If registrant wants to cancel this amount will only be refundable up until 7 days before the event due to food costs.

Event Description

 Join us for a relaxing evening of networking, dining, and mindfulness practice. A complimentary dinner and refreshments will be provided.

Biography of Presenter: 

Michelle MacIntosh, MSW, RSW is a mental health professional with over 25 years of experience, and a Mindfulness Coach will lead the session. She specializes in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support deep healing. For the past 11 years, she has also been a counselor and educator at Niagara College and a dedicated meditation teacher, even having her Aussie Shepherd, Teddy, certified as a therapy dog.

In 2024, Michelle is on professional leave to deepen her practice, having completed several meditation retreats in Arizona, Brazil, and on a solo retreat. Her excellence in counseling was recognized in 2019 with the Award of Excellence from the Ontario College Counsellors.
