  OASW Members: $15 (Refundable upon attendance)

To encourage engagement among OASW members, we kindly ask for a $15 deposit. Following your confirmed attendance of the event, OASW members will be refunded.

Event Description

Come join us for an evening of creativity, relaxation, and rejuvenation with colleagues in your local network. We'll start the evening with a tasty buffet dinner followed by hand painting beautiful pieces of pottery!

Choose a piece of pottery, decorate it using a vast pallette of paints, and the staff at Crock A Doodle Stoney Creek will bake it for you. Pottery pieces will be ready for pick up 1 week after the event.

This is a free event. However, we kindly ask for a $15 attendance deposit. If the event is missed without cancelling the reservation, there will be a charge of $15. We look forward to seeing you on November 16! 

Notes:

1. This facility is wheelchair accessible and has gender neutral washrooms. 
2. Each participant must pick up their pottery from Crock A Doodle Stoney Creek 1 week after the event or later.
3. Food cannot be eaten at the pottery tables. If oil/grease from the food comes into contact with the pottery, it may become stained or explode while baking in the oven. 
4. This is nut and peanut free facility. Please do not bring any snacks with nuts or peanuts on site. 
5. If you have any special dietary concerns, please indicate your needs when registering. Gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan diets can be accommodated if requested. For allergies or other dietary requests, please let us know in advance when registering. All catered food from Tomah Restaurant will be halal, and Metro grocery for fruit and dessert will be served as well.
6. OASW will pay $30 plus HST per participant for one piece of pottery. You can choose a more expensive piece if you wish and pay Crock A Doodle the difference in cost. If you'd like to look at the options in advance, you can click HERE. There is no need to order your pottery in advance. The store has great inventory for most pieces. However, pieces from the "Seasonal" collections are out of stock. If you have your heart set on a piece from the "Seasonal" collection, you may call Crock A Doodle Stoney Creek and speak to the Store Supervisor, Sasha by Nov 1 or earlier. You can give her your name, and ask her to set aside a seasonal piece for you. Be sure to mention, "OASW group reservation on Nov 16".

Participants should remain up-to-date on information from government and public health authorities regarding attending in-person events outside. Public Health Ontario prevention and management measures.
