Purchase terms: Buyers will be required to pay Pennsylvania Sales Tax of 6% at the time of payment. 35% of your purchase may be eligible for tax deduction, as those dollars support Historic Yellow Springs, a 501c3 non-profit organization, with an EIN #231920704.

Payment: Payments for this online gallery sale can only be made via our online credit card system. If you do not have a credit card, please contact the office to see how you can write a check for your purchase. Checks need to be made out to Historic Yellow Springs.

Pick-Up: We want you to be able to enjoy your art as soon as safety allows, and we will work with each of you to coordinate a day and time for you to pick up your purchase at HYS. Pick up will begin after the stay at home mandate is lifted. If you live in the region but are unable to travel to pick up your purchase, please contact HYS to discuss other delivery options. If you need a piece shipped to you, we will work with the Artist to see if that is possible. The cost of shipping will be extra. All online purchases must be picked up at the latest at HYS during the week prior to the start of the 47^th Annual Yellow Springs Art Show (dates TBA). Returns: If when you pick up your art purchased online, it is not what you had expected and you would like to return the art, those returns must be completed at time of pick up and no later than the start of the in person show, so those pieces can be placed into the live show.

Historic Yellow Springs does not have access to your credit card information as a result of your online activity. Online purchases are processed through Gifttool, on a secured site whose name may appear as Historic Yellow Springs on your credit card statement.
