How do I view a list of products by department?
View a products listing by department to check where products are located, see which product profiles need to be completed, and which products are ready to be published to your eStore.
- From the Setup section of the Shopping Cart menu, click Products & Departments.
- Click List Products next to the department or sub-department name you have chosen.
- Draft products, which have not yet been activated, will be listed in the Draft Products row listed in red at the top of the table.
- Archived departments and sub departments will be shown in light grey.
- Active departments will be shown in black bold text.
