How do I cancel my GiftTool account?

The benefits of subscribing to GiftTool is that you are not locked into a lengthy contract period. GiftTool simply requires a 30-day written notice to cancel your account. This can be sent via email to support@gifttool.com.

Note that there is no monthly fee charged during dormant months** for the Event Registrar, Pledge-a-thon and Survey & Test services. So you may opt to retain these services should you wish to use them in the future.

**For those calendar months where you do not have any transactions (event registrations, registrations to get a fundraising page, donations, completed survey/test/ballot), the monthly fee is not applicable ($0) -- nonetheless your account remains active so that you can view your reports and set up new events or surveys.
