How do I cancel the subscription to one of my services?

The benefits of subscribing to GiftTool is that you are not locked into a lengthy contract period. GiftTool simply requires a 30-day written notice to cancel one or more GiftTool services. This can be sent via email to support@gifttool.com.

Should you wish to reactivate a service once it has been cancelled, you may do so by sending an email to support@gifttool.com requesting the service reactivation.  There is a $150 reactivation fee per service.

Note that there is no monthly fee charged during dormant months for the Event Registrar, Pledge-a-thon and Survey & Test services. So you may opt to retain these services should you wish to use them in the future.
