How do I update the contact information for individual services?

Copies for all confirmation emails for GiftTool service are sent to the email address set up in the system. You can change these email addresses as follows:

1. For the Donation service:
   • Change the notification details for your Appeal Coordinators.
2. For Canadian eTax Receipts:
   • Change the coordinator selected to receive copies of all eTax Receipts issued.
3. For the Event Registrar service:
   • Change the notification details of your Event Coordinators.
4. For the Membership service:
   • Change the notification details of your Membership Coordinators.
5. For the Pledge-a-thon service:
   • Change the notification details of your Pledge-a-thon Coordinators.
6. For the Shopping Cart service:
   • Change the notification details displayed to your customers during the checkout process.
   • If Product Managers have been setup to also receive notification, you can change these as well.
