How can I tell if my account is enabled for eTax Receipts?

If your account has been setup for Canadian eTax Receipting, you can preview a sample of your eTax receipt.

Click Donations to view the Main Menu of this service.
From the Canadian E-Tax Receipts section, choose Setup Receipts.
Click Preview Receipt.
If your account is setup for eTax Receipts:
- A PDF document with a sample receipt will open in a separate browser tab.
- Having difficulty viewing the PDF document?
- Also ensure that you have entered sufficient receipt numbers in the system.
