How do I view Pledge-a-thon reports?
Choose a report type and format for each Pledge-a-thon whose registration statistics you want to analyze. Generated reports are shown on screen. Choosing Excel displays the spreadsheet data on screen.
- Click Pledge-a-thon to view the Main Menu of this service.
- From the Reports section, choose Reports.
- Choose a Pledge-a-thon Name from the drop-down list.
- Choose a report type
from the Summary Reports or Detailed Reports sections, by clicking
the Printer-Friendly or Excel icons.
- Use your computer functions, to print or save a copy of the report.
- If the column totals are not calculated automatically, first save the report to your computer before opening the Excel document. Furthermore, if the Excel document opens in Protected View, click the Enable Editing button.

You can also view reports across multiple Pledge-a-thons if you have grouped them into a Category, or by creating a Custom Orders report.
