Why am I having difficulty uploading a JPG photo?

You may have difficulty uploading a JPG photo/logo if the file is not properly saved as a JPG file.

To fix the problem:

1. From your computer, open the document in a photo/image manipulation software (such as Photoshop; Microsoft Paint; GIMP; etc)
2. Resave the document as a new .JPG file with a different name.
3. Upload the new file.
