How do I change the team leader?

From the BackOffice, the team leader can be changed as follows:

1. Click Pledge-a-thon in the left navigation.
2. Click Teams.
3. Select your Pledge-a-thon from the drop down menu and click the name of the relevant team. 
4. Select a different team member to be the leader.
   • The new team leader must already be part of this team, otherwise you must first change the participant's profile.

5. Click Save.

Note

The Team Leader can also change leadership by editing their profile of their Pledge-a-thon account.
