Management Reports

How do I view my Shopping Cart management reports?

Monthly Product Report - Revenues by Value: This Excel report summarizes the monthly revenues for each product sold in your Shopping Cart. Each month, a new column is added to your report for the current month.

Monthly Product Report - Units Sold: This Excel report summarizes the units sold each month by individual product listed in your Shopping Cart. Each month, a new column is added to your report for the current month.

Yearly Product Report - Revenues by Value : This Excel report summarizes the annual revenues for each product sold in your Shopping Cart. Each year, a new column is added to your report for the current year.

Yearly Product Report - Units Sold: This Excel report summarizes the units sold annually by individual product listed in your Shopping Cart. Each year, a new column is added to your report for the current year.

Inventory Status Report: This Excel report lists the Quantity in Stock for each stock keeping unit (SKU) for all products in your Shopping Cart. An SKU will be displayed for each combination of package size, item size, and item colour sold for that product. Shoppers will NOT be able to purchase this item SKU if the quantity in stock is displayed as "0". Modify the quantity in stock when stock is once more available.

Custom Reports

Custom Orders Reports: If you have created a custom order report in the Account section that contains Shopping Cart information, this same report will be accessible from the Shopping Cart Reports page.
