How do I modify a membership coordinator profile?
  1. From the Setup section of the Membership menu, choose Coordinator.
  2. Click Edit beside the name of the coordinator to be modified.
  3. Modify any of the following fields:
    • First Name of the coordinator, that is shown on relevant membership pages.
    • Last Name of the coordinator, that is shown on relevant membership pages.
    • User Name. Although this field is required, login functionality is not currently available. At a future date, the coordinator will be able to use this user name to log into a restricted Admin section of your GiftTool account. (This should be different than the user name established for your main GiftTool account)
    • Password. Although this field is required, login functionality is not currently available. At a future date, the coordinator will be able to use this password to log into a restricted Admin section of your GiftTool account. (This should be different than the password established for your main GiftTool account)
    • Email Address, that is shown on relevant membership pages and displayed as the 'From' email address in your members inbox. The email address listed will receive email notifications when a member signs up/renews online.
    • Telephone Number, that is shown on relevant membership pages.
  4. Click Save.
