I will be participating and now leading a medical relief and education mission trip to Port au Prince, Haiti, with members of the uOttawa / Ottawa Hospital Team Broken Earth in January 2019. I am proud to be working with Dr. Robert Feibel as my co-leader. We are continuing to recruit team members but already have a dedicated and passionate team of nurses, anesthestists, dentists, other health professionals and students. We are looking forward to making a difference in Haiti. But we also expect that this will experience will help make a difference for us in becoming better caregivers for our community.
