It is with great happiness that I can share this with you - I have been chooses to participate as a volunteer on a humanitarian mission to Antigua Guatemala this November 25th to December 2nd 2023. This will be a medical mission with the focus on life changing surgeries in General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Gynaecological and Dentalspecialties to rural Guatemalans. My role will be scrub nurse on this mission. We have partnered with “Team Broken Earth Barrie”.
This opportunity comes with a personal cost - $2700 is the amount we have been asked to provide. This is to cover our flights, lodging, food and transportation. To help offset the cost I have created my personal fundraising page in hopes of raising funds to help cover the costs of this mission. With each donation you will be provided a tax receipt.
