I will be participating in a medical relief and education mission with members of Team Broken Earth Ottawa in November 2024.
For the second year in a row, we will traveling to San Juan de la Maguana, Dominican Republic. Several members of the 2023 team will be returning, and we are welcoming new members as well, including nursing, pediatric plastic surgery, anesthesia, and of course orthopedic surgery. The experience we fained last year, and the familiatity with the town and hospital will make this mission even more efficient and effective - we have a better idea od what we will really need, and what we dont need to being this time.
