Hi,

My is name Adrianna. I am 17 years old and I have spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. I was born premature at 28 weeks and I weighed about 2 pounds. I have mild asthma and it was more of an issue when I was little because I would have more asthma attacks then. I still have attacks today, but it is more controlled than it was before. Now my asthma only shows when I am sick and when I am around strong smells. I had surgery when I was 7 years old to help repair my hips. I have been super healthy since then. 

I love to travel and go on cruises. I have been to Vancouver, Florida, and many islands in the Caribbean. 

I also like to go to camp and go to the trailer.  One day I want to go to New York City. I like to go to Florida because it is warm there!

I like to do crafts, bake, and make posts on social media.  Check out my YouTube channel - The CP Queen. 

I started researching about service dogs when I was 11 years old. I have a strong passion and love for dogs. I hope that my service dog will help me become more independent and successful and, help with my anxiety. I have worked awfully hard to become independent. There are situations due to anxiety that make independence sometimes challenging.  I have sensory needs that a service dog will help to keep me calm during difficult circumstances and allow me to persevere during those times.

In addition to travel- camping, cottages, cruises and dreaming of New York City, I like to go out with friends and loved ones and post things on social media.
