Train the Trainer is a unique event in that IF clients donate money to have a chance to get their own coach back for everything that they have endured in the past year! All proceeds benefiting Peace Arch Hospital + Community Health Foundation.

Thank you for making a donation to support Physical Literacy in our community. Physical literacy is the foundation of both participation in physical activity and excellence in sport, providing a gateway for being active for life.

If you would like to book a time slot with a trainer for $100 for 10 minutes, please contact the studio at 604.536.1355 or whiterock@innovativefitness.com and someone will schedule you in.
