Please complete this form to indicate that you are interested in being evaluated on CADS certifiction this season in either:

CADS Level 2 Ski Complete 

CADS Level 3 Ski Complete 

There is no registration fee at this time.  Once you have received confirmation that you have secured a place in the program, you will be asked to pay for your registration of $50.  Train hard and have fun.   

The exam dates for both certifications are Saturday and Sunday, March 21 & 22, 2020 from 8am to 5pm.
