JOIN US ON OUR TRADE MISSION TO FRANCE!

Languages Canada members are invited to attend the outbound trade mission to France on February, 16-19, 2025.

Languages Canada will count on the support of the Trade Commissioner Service in France to welcome a group of French and a handful of Belgian education agents in a very special location. LC is pleased welcome CAPS-I and its members at the Trade Mission! Together, members of our two associations will offer options for studies at all levels: K-12, English & French, and postsecondary.

FRANCE EVENT RATES

MAIN REPRESENTATIVE

• Early-Bird – Registrations on or before July 31, 2024
  $5,990
• Regular – Registrations after July 31, 2024
  $6,490

SECOND REPRESENTATIVE

• $1,500 (if sharing hotel room with 1st rep) or
• $2,500 (if booking two separate rooms)

What is included:

• 3 nights of hotel (Feb 16, 17 & 18) at the InterContinental Chantilly Château Mont Royal;
• 3 days of breakfast (Feb 17, 18 & 19);
• Evening welcome reception dinner with the entire group on Feb 16;
• Morning break, lunch, afternoon break and dinner reception on Feb 17;
• Morning break and lunch on Feb 18;
• Recruitment, screening, and selection of 24 education agencies;
• 5-star event venue with Wi-Fi included;
• 24 one-on-one meetings with agencies from France and a handful from Belgium;
• Complete event management, including B2B meeting scheduling;
• A participant handbook including detailed agency profiles;
• Access to additional agent contacts from waitlist (if applicable).

Price does not include airfare. A discount code for flying on Air Canada to Paris will be available to participants.

Langues Canada comptera sur le soutien du Service des délégués commerciaux en France pour accueillir un groupe d'agents français et une poignée d'agents belges dans un lieu bien particulier. LC est heureux d'accueillir l'ACEP-I et ses membres à la mission commerciale ! Ensemble, les membres de nos deux associations offriront des options d'études à tous les niveaux : K-12, anglais et français et postsecondaire.

TARIFS DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT EN FRANCE

REPRÉSENTANT PRINCIPAL

• Tarif early-bird – Inscriptions au plus tard le 31 juillet 2024

DEUXIÈME REPRÉSENTANT

• 1 500 $ (si vous partagez une chambre d'hôtel avec le 1er représentant) ou
• 2 500 $ (si'il faut la réservation de deux chambres séparées)
