JOIN US ON OUR TRADE MISSION TO FRANCE!

BC Institutions are invited to attend the outbound trade mission to France led by Languages Canada (LC) from February 16-19, 2025.

With the support of the Trade Commissioner Service in France, Languages Canada will welcome a group of French and Belgian education agents to a very special location. LC is pleased to invite BC institutions and CAPS-I members interested in joining the trade mission to offer options for studies at all levels: K-12, English language, and post-secondary.

FRANCE EVENT RATES

MAIN REPRESENTATIVE

• Early-Bird – Registrations on or before August 31, 2024
  $5,990
• Regular – Registrations after August 31, 2024
  $6,490

SECOND REPRESENTATIVE

• $1,500 (if sharing hotel room with main rep) or
• $2,500 (if booking two separate rooms)

What is included:

• 3 nights stay of hotel (Feb 16, 17, & 18) at the InterContinental Chantilly;
• 3 days of breakfast (Feb 17, 18, & 19);
• Evening welcome reception dinner with the entire group on Feb 16;
• Morning break, lunch, afternoon break and dinner reception on Feb 17;
• Morning break and lunch on Feb 18;
• Recruitment, screening, and selection of 24 education agencies;
• Wi-Fi at the venue;
• 24 one-on-one meetings with agencies from France and a handful from Belgium;
• Complete event management, including B2B meeting scheduling;
• A participant handbook including detailed agency profiles;
• Access to additional agent contacts from waitlist (if applicable).

Price does not include airfare. A discount code for flying on Air Canada to Paris will be available to participants.
