Dr. Oliver Nnamdi Okafor, Associate Professor of Accounting at the Ted Rogers School of Management, Toronto Metropolitan University  will be making a presentation on Integrating Immigrants into the Accounting Profession. This talk provides survey evidence from a large and diverse group of migrants in Canada who work (or are seeking to work) in accounting. Professor Okafor’s research reveals these professionals' major challenges integrating into the profession and provides thought-provoking insights on how these challenges may be overcome.
