How do I assign seating in advance of my event?

Do you want to relieve the congestion at your onsite registration table, by sending out seating assignments in advance? Now you can simplify onsite check-in for your staff and your guests! Approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your event, assign seating to all attendees and re-send confirmation emails with their seating assignments.

How?

  1. Just click Registrar > Administration: Seating > follow the instructions.

    [Alternatively, Event Coordinators can access this page by clicking Registrar > Administration: Registrants > Seating (light blue tab) > follow the instructions]

  2. Once you have saved your seating assignments, you can resend confirmation emails
