How do I reconcile the money deposited in my bank account?

Use the GiftTool Journal Report to reconcile your GiftTool and Payment Gateway accounts. The Journal report allows you to restrict the report to credit cards only for a specific data range to match your payment gateway reports.

Separately, your payment gateway will have a report that outlines the funds which they have deposited into your bank account minus their processing fees. During an online transaction, GiftTool passes on the order ID to your gateway, so that you can match transactions across both accounts.
