Why can't I view the Excel reports?

If you are unable to view the Excel reports from your GiftTool account, the following issues may be the cause:

  1. If you already have an Excel document open on your desktop, a popup window may appear behind this Excel document, preventing the new file from opening. Simply follow the instructions in the popup window and the new document will open.
  2. Your browser may not recognize the file type. If so, please upload the most recent version of the browser, or try a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc).
  3. You may not have Excel software on your computer.  If so, please install Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software which can read Excel documents (such as Open Office, an open source software which you can download at www.openoffice.org).
