Why can't I view the PDF document?
If you are unable to view a PDF document from your GiftTool account (for invoices, eTax receipts, etc), the following issues may be the cause:
- Your browser may not recognize the file type. If so, please upload the most recent version of the browser, or try a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc).
- You may not have the necessary software on your computer. Acrobat Reader is needed to view PDF document and is available free by clicking Adobe Acrobat Reader.
