How do I reactivate an archived membership?
To re-activate an archived membership:
- Click Membership to view the Main Menu of this service.
- From the Administration section, choose Members.
- Click the "With Expired Membership" tab when searching for the member. Learn more about searching for a member order profile.
- Click Profile beside the member's name.
- Click Change beside the Membership to be re-activated.
- Change the Membership Status to Active.
- If required, enter a new Membership End Date by clicking the calendar icon.
- Click Save Membership.
