A member's membership can only be archived and not deleted. This is so that you have an audit trail for all transactions associated with this member.
To archive an active membership:
- Click Membership to view the Main Menu of this service.
- From the Administration section, choose Members.
- Search for a member order profile.
- Click Profile beside the member's name.
- Click Change beside the Membership to be archived.
- Change the Membership Status to Archive.
- Enter the Membership End Date by clicking the calendar icon.
- Click Save Membership.
To archive a pending membership:
- Click Membership to view the Main Menu of this service.
- From the Administration section, choose Members.
- Click Memberships Pending Activation (blue tab)
- Click Archive beside the member's name with their pending membership.
- This will move the membership to the archived folder.
