How do I change a Pledge-a-thon order profile?

To update an order profile:

1. Click Pledge-a-thon in the left navigation.
2. Click Participant Orders.
3. Search for the order.
4. Click the name or Profile button in the relevant row. 
5. From the Profile:
   • Click Expand Profile to view and modify the demographic information collected, and click Save Profile when finished.
   • Suspend the status of the fundraising page, click Update Status when finished.
   • Click the Login to Participant Account button in the Participant Status section to access their account.
   • Modify the team, click Update Status when finished.
   • Record attendance by selecting attended in the drop down list, click Update Status when finished.
   • Record offline payments and adjustments.
   • Modify or cancel the Pledge-a-thon registration or donation and refund the money to the cardholder.
   • Modify the answer to a question
