2014-04-09 - Include Questions within your Membership setup
Thanks to your feedback, we have launched new functionality to ask questions within the Membership service. With the new Ask Questions section:
- You can now easily create questions in your Membership setup.
- You no longer have to attach a Membership Survey to collect additional information (... saving yourself the $0.10 per survey completed!).
- When copying of a membership, the questions will be automatically copied to your new draft.
- Your staff can now change the answer if a member makes a mistake during the registration process.
- By tying the responses directly to a membership, the data collected can be more easily accessed.

How do I replace a Membership Survey with the new Ask Questions functionality?
Follow these instructions to replace an existing Membership Survey with the new Ask Questions functionality.

Where do I find the responses to these questions?
The responses to these questions can viewed in the following places:
- The confirmation email.
- The Order Profile: locate the Member Profile, then click on the applicable Order ID number
- The new Question Details report and the Total Orders report, located in the list of Membership Reports.
- Answers can also be included in your Custom Reports.

Can the responses to the questions be changed after a member has completed their order?
Answers can be edited from the BackOffice only. First locate the Member Profile, then click on the applicable Order ID number and click Edit Answers.
