What if an existing team member wants to start a new team?

If a participant has previously joined a team, and now wishes to create their own team, follow these steps:

1. Change person's profile to no longer be a team member:
   • Click Pledge-a-thon in the left navigation.
   • Click Participant Orders.
   • Locate the Pledge-a-thon order profile by searching for the Pledge-a-thon participant.
   • Click the participant's name or Profile.
   • Change the Team Name to Independent With No Team.
   • Click Update Status.
2. Create the new team:
   • Click Teams in the left navigation.
   • Select the Pledge-a-thon Name.
   • Click Add Team.
   • Enter the team details and select the Team Leader from the list of participants not associated with a team.
   • Click Save Team.
