How do I restore a membership registration form that has been archived?

To restore a membership registration form that has been archived:

1. Click Memberships > click Memberships below it.
2. Click Archived to access the Archived folder.
3. Click Activate next to the membership registration form you want to restore. The membership registration form is moved to the list of active membership registration forms.
