How do I archive a membership waiver?

Archiving a waiver removes the information from your active list of waivers. Through version control, GiftTool tracks which waiver was agreed to by each member.

  1. Click Memberships to view the Main Menu of this service.
  2. From the Setup section of the Membership service menu, click Waivers.
  3. Click Archive next to the waiver you want to remove from your active list of waivers.

If you decide to re-use the waiver, you can reactivate it from the Archived tab at any time.
