Where do I go to see product orders?
You can view your orders to process the fulfillment of all new orders, as well as, check on the delivery status or other details of an order. You can also print mailing labels for both billing and shipping addresses, and download an Excel spreadsheet of your monthly orders.
  1. From the Customer Orders section of the Shopping Cart menu, click Orders.
  2. To view / print an individual order:
    • Select List beside the month of interest.
    • Select View next to the order ID.
  3. To print shipping labels for an order:
    • Select List beside the month of interest.
    • Select View next to the order ID.
    • Select Make Label.
  4. To track fulfillment status of the order.
    • Select List beside the month of interest.
    • By clicking Ordered next to the order ID, you can record the fulfillment status of your order by changing the delivery status from Ordered to Processed to Packaged to Shipped.
  5. To download an Excel spreadsheet of all orders by month:
    • Select Excel beside the month of interest.
