How do I activate a pending member?
To activate a pending membership:
- First, record receipt of their offline payment to keep your Balance Due reporting up-to-date.
- Second, click Membership to view the Main Menu of this service.
- From the Administration section, choose Members.
- Click Memberships Pending Activation (blue tab)
- Click Activate beside the member's name with their pending membership.
- This will move the membership to the active folder.
