How do I change the coordinator receiving copies of tax receipts?

You can change the coordinator associated with all eTax Receipts as follows:

  1. Click CAD Tax Receipts in the left navigation. 
  2. Click Setup Details.
  3. Change the Coordinator selected in the drop-down list. If a profile for the coordinator does not exist in the drop-down list, add a new coordinator:
    • Click CAD Tax Receipts in the left navigation
    • Click Coordinators
    • Click Add Coordinator
    • Enter the details > click Save > get back into the Setup Receipts section. Once added, you will be able to select the new coordinator from this drop-down list.
  4. Check the box to have a copy of eTax Receipt emails sent to the Coordinator for all activities (online donations; yearly receipts for recurring donors; donations made through the Pledge-a-thon, Registrar or Membership service; batched receipts issued manually).
  5. Click Save.

 

Note

If there is no coordinator selected in the setup, then tax receipts will be sent to the Key Contact for the overall account.
