How do I change a Donation Coordinator profile?
Each donation appeal form must be associated with a coordinator. When setting up your CAD eTax Receipts, you must also select a donation coordinator.
You can change the donation coordinator profile as follows:
- Click Donations in the left navigation.
- Click Coordinators.
- Click the name of the coordinator and make any necessary changes.
- Click Save.
- Next, select the coordinator in the setup of your donation appeal form, or your CAD Tax Receipts setup.
You might need to update the content of your email messages as well. Check the Tax Receipt email (if applicable), On-Screen Confirmation and Thank You Email messages for each of your Donation Appeals.
