How do I change a Donation Coordinator profile?

Each donation appeal form must be associated with a coordinator. When setting up your Canadian eTax Receipts, you must also select a donation coordinator.

You can change the donation coordinator profile as follows:

  1. Click the Donations tab to view the Main Menu of this service.
  2. From the Coordinators section, choose Manage Coordinators.
  3. Choose a coordinator record to be changed and click Change. The profile details are shown.
  4. Change information in the appropriate fields.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Next, select the coordinator in the setup of your donation appeal form, or your Canadian eTax Receipts setup.
