How do I setup a Return policy?

A Return policy outlines under what circumstances products can be returned, applicable time limits for returns, and refund guidelines.


Step 1 - Create your Return policy Back to Top
  1. Click Shopping to view the Main Menu of this service.
  2. From the Policies section, choose Return Policy.
  3. Enter your policy text into the text field.
    • You can use the HTML editor to add text attributes, paragraph formatting, images, links and colours to your description.
    • Create a table to position an image beside a block of text.
    • When pasting text from a Microsoft document, use the "Paste as Plain Text" icon and format your text with the HTML editor icons.
  4. Click Save.

  1. Click Shopping to view the Main Menu of this service.
  2. From the General Settings section, choose Options.
  3. In the Display Options section, check the box for Show 'Return Policy'.
  4. Click Save.
