How do I remove someone from a team?
  1. Click Pledge-a-thon to view the Main Menu of this service.
  2. From the Administration section, choose Participants.
  3. Choose the Pledge-a-thon from the drop down list, or search for the participant's name (or partial name).
  4. Click Profile beside the participant's name to see their registration details.
  5. Within the Participant Status section, a Team Name will appear
  6. From this drop down list, select Independent With No Team.
    • If the participant is a Team Leader AND there are multiple members in the team, first change the team leader, then follow the instructions above.
    • If the participant is a Team Leader AND there are no other members in the team, you should delete the team instead.
  7. Click Update Status when done.

Alternatively, you can move this participant to another team.
